A big thank you to all of our visitors to the 6th annual Glenamaddy District Ploughing and Agricultural Show, we greatly appreciate your support. The Show proved to be a resounding success and a great family day out. Now regarded as a highlight of the show calendar in the West of Ireland, the Show returned to Glenamaddy on Sunday, 29th September, hosted at the superb facilities at Glenamaddy Equestrian Centre. In addition to the feature Cattle Show and Ploughing events, the Show added many new attractions this year, with something for everyone in attendance.

The Show Committee would like to sincerely thank all of our Sponsors, Exhibitors, Competitors, Entertainers, Local Media and All who participated in the Show on the day. We would like to express our gratitude to our Main Sponsors, The Comer Group, for their generous on-going support. The Committee would like to say a very special word of thanks to all of our Volunteers. We greatly appreciate the voluntary work on the day itself, during the build up to the Show and particularly in the days after the event. Without the brilliant teamwork of this great group of volunteers, a community show like this would not be possible. Thank you very much for all of your hard work and dedication.
